Returns Policy

We want you to love every purchase from THE OUT LANE and understand it can be difficult to know how a piece will fit without trying it on. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply follow our simple 3 step return process below.
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery (28 days for international orders), for credit note, exchange or a refund, (original shipping charges not included).
Please note we cannot offer exchanges/credit note or refunds on items purchased on sale or with a discount code. 

  FILL IN YOUR 'RETURNS FORM'
Included in your parcel, you will find our 'Returns Form', where all details are required to be filled in so we can process the return smoothly on our end and help you get hold of your perfect item.

  ENSURE YOUR ITEM(S) FIT THE CRITERIA
Item(s) to be returned must be:*         
+      Unworn, unused and unwashed         
+      Have original tags still attached        
*THE OUT LANE reserves the right to reject any return that does not fit the above requirements. Items will be inspected upon return to determine if they are still in original condition. Signs of wearing such as smells of perfume or dry-cleaning, marks from make up or tan will not be considered acceptable so please take great care when trying an item on if it's possible you may wish to return it. Items that are not received in their original condition will be returned to the customer.

Although we check all garments carefully before dispatching, in the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please email us at customercare@theoutlane.com so we can help resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
